Frontier offered me a better deal than what I have now

After waiting for 45 minutes to speak to a human I was forwarded to the retention department. Fay was rude and condescending. She kept saying you have to let me over everything. I finally said are  you going to reduce my bill or should I go to frontier. 
I told her. Do not to reduce any services i just want to know are you coming close to 168. I’m paying  212
