Frequent Outages
I don’t need any help with anything, because there is nothing, no one can do to help. I’m just here to complain, because Xfinity doesn’t have an email for me to send a complaint to. Is it just me and where I’m located or is Xfinity outages, getting way outta hand?! I got folks here that work from home, and goes to school online, so I don’t pay Xfinity $140 a month to keep having outages! Just last week (From the time of this message) there was an outage in my location and it lasted ALL day, at the WORST time! literally I’ll say from 12pm to like 9pm, That’s ridiculous! Xfinity a couple of years ago, used to be #1, now they really falling short on their services, I’ve stayed true and loyal to Xfinity for about 6 years, while others moved on to other services, that DONT have these frequent outages AND is cheaper, but if this persist, I’m Afraid im going to have to switch my internet provider. GET BETTER COMCAST, Yall are WAY too to rich for these frequent Outages! People got stuff to do here and they can’t do anything if yall don’t know how to stop these outages! My rant is done.
