Hi @user_0fcca2! I know how important it is to find out if you can take advantage of the free xFi pod. You would need to make sure you're signed up for xFi Complete. This feature expands the Xfinity Internet experience and gives you all the great features of xFi, plus you may enjoy wall-to-wall coverage with an xFi Pod, included if recommended. You would need to complete the Whole Home WiFi evaluatation which rates your network performance. You’ll receive an email within a day of activating the Gateway, highlighting the benefits of xFi Complete and notifying you that the Whole Home WiFi evaluation has begun. After the initial 14-day assessment period, you’ll receive additional emails with information about your xFi network performance. Are you currently signed up for xFi Complete?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

I believe what you are referring to is our Xfinity xFi Complete – Whole Home WiFi Evaluation, which is outlined, at the link below, and may result in a free xFi pod.

I would be happy to investigate this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
