Xfinity Wi-Fi Extenders can be purchased on our website at https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/wifi-extender, you can buy 1 for $119 or 2 for $199. We also have just begun to offer a new service called Xfinity Pro, for $15 a month you will receive a Pro Wi-Fi extender, the option to prioritize a device, a XB8 modem regardless of your speed tier, and the ability to run a Wi-Fi health check within the Xfinity app to optimize your home network. If the Wi-Fi health check comes back with not the best of results you can receive up to two additional Wi-Fi Extenders at no additional cost. One can also receive a free Wi-Fi extender based on the results of a Whole home Wi-Fi evaluation with xFi complete. user_5aef4u Congrats on qualifying for the WiFi Extender at no additional cost. Sorry to hear you are having trouble redeeming this. Have you tried a different browser/cleared cache cookies as well?
