Free security camera

I received an email for a reward of a free security camera and we want to claim it but want to confirm we don’t need to sign up for anything to receive the camera. I can’t get anyone on the phone and the soonest callback I’m being offered is 3 days from now.

user_gwqluk Good morning and thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums. A free security camera would be an awesome benefit for our Xfinity membership perks. I am searching through our current offers to see if there are any requirements for reward, however I am not showing that a free security camera is listed. If you visit https://customer.xfinity.com/membership and sign in with your account do you see a security camera reward listed there to redeem? I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that email is not valid. Until confirmed please do not click any links in the email and only redeem the membership perks through our site or the Xfinity app.

I never received mine even though it says I redeemed the offer. Xfinity said 6 to 8 weeks and it's been 3 months and still nothing.

Like user kiernico above, I also have not received mine yet, even though my account shows that I did redeem the offer as well. I claimed the free security camera offered to me via email this past May 1, and I've already chatted with three Xfinity representatives during these past three months, who have told me every time that it would be another 4 to 6 weeks. The representative I chatted with on July 9, even stated that it was going to be prioritized. Could someone please look into this and provide an ETA?
