Free Premium Peacock / Diamond Rewards

I am a diamond rewards customer. I activated the offer for free Peacock months ago, and have since contacted customer service multiple times, and I still don't have access to it. Please fix this.

Hello @user_88b63z So sorry to hear that you've had frustrations with getting that awesome included benefit for being such a longtime customer with us. 

 

We have had multiple Forum posts dedicated to this subject and recently updated our primary thread. Can you try the instructions below to see if this allows you to redeem that reward? 

 

Activate Your Peacock Premium Plan – Update from Xfinity

 

  1. Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Select the Activate Peacock button. You’ll be directed to peacocktv.com.
  3. Enter an email address and password to set up your Peacock account.

When I log in, it tells me I am not currently subscribed, and provides the various packages I can PAY for.

OK, gotcha, had to have you check that real quick just to be sure. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help.
