Free Peacock subscription reward error

After almost an hour on the phone my issue was not resolved. A ticket was opened which I do not suspect will be fixed. The representative gave me wrong info. Then offered me a $14 credit on my bill, but said my next month's bill would increase by $7 from being "prorated". HORRIBLE experience. I told him I do NOT agree to my bill changing. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] the $14 credit on this months bill if it means my future bill will increase. Xfinity is a greedy corporation who only cares about nickel and diming their customers instead of treating them correctly. Rohit was the employee who gave me horrible service, didn't sound like he knew anything and then tried to charge me more. I got an email 2 days ago about "claim your peacock subscription at NO EXTRA COST" for being a platinum customer. First Rohit told me I am not a Platinum customer and that offer was for a different plan, I signed into my app and reviewed my account confirming that I am a platinum. Then he tried having me sign up for the reward through the full website which also did not work since the app kept telling me "looks like you're not a member of the program yet" and the link to Join Now has not been working for 2 days. Then after another hold he came back and told me I am eligible for the free peacock subscription but it was not working because of a technical issue on Xfinitys end. Which I tried telling him from the beginning. If this cannot be resolved I am changing my internet provider and cell phone carrier.  Horrible horrible service.

Greetings @user_7tv1oy, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the Peacock subscription, but you have come the right place for assistance with this issue. When you go to the 'Your Subscriptions' page on Xfinity.com, is the Peacock subscription listed?

No it tells me I have no subscriptions then brings me to a page to select a bundle package that includes Peacock for additional charges. Which does not help me activate it as a free reward for being a Platinum customer like the email tells me. I will include screenshots.

Apparently it will only allow me to upload mvp or videos. This is very frustrating and I will continue waiting for my open ticket to be resolved.

"Good to see you again, Novan" "You don't have any Xfinity subscriptions yet". When I go to the rewards section on a different page it tells me "You have subscriptions that require activation" but when I click to activate it, I get the same error I have been receiving for 2 days: "Join Xfinity membership to continue" with a "Join Now" button. When I click the "Join Now" it loads then brings me right back to the same screen that says "Join now". I've tried through the app, website and link you sent. Nothing works.

I hope y’all plan on addressing this matter on a larger scale, because I’ve been getting the same cycle of issues for a while now.  Just like he said, it’s this ridiculous round robin of sites within the Xfinity ecosystem, and NONE of them talk to the other.  I’m on maybe my 8th email offer from Xfinity for my “free benefit” that I have no way of accessing.  Why is this so complicated?
