Free Peacock stopped working
I changed my plan in November and was told I got two years of free Peacock with the new plan. I didn't really care but activated it anyway. Yesterday, the app started asking for payment. I checked the yoursubscriptions page and peacock is no longer on its own but only shown as part of a bundle and they appear to be pushing some streaming box thing. I used the live chat this morning and the assistant asked me to log out and log back in on the app which I did with no change and then directed me to the aforementioned yoursubscriptions page which, again, doesn't have individual Peacock. I kind of bailed at that stage and they gave me a customer care number which I don't have time to call right now.
I'm fairly sure I can't be the only person having this issue. Anyone have any idea what's going on? My assumption is that Comcast have changed how they're doing the streaming, bundling it into packages and the free peacock got lost in the shuffle.
Additional info is that earlier this week, I received an email about account changes which I couldn't actually see any account changes on. I assume that was the free peacock getting taken off.

Good morning @user_0e3362, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with Peacock that you are having, as someone that is low-key obsessed with The Office, I can understand the frustration if my Peacock stopped working. You have reached the right team that can take care of this for you. You mentioned the email about changes you received earlier this week, other than that have you made any changes to your internet speed package since you did in November?
