Free Peacock Premium with upgraded services

I upgraded my xfinity services and it came with free Peacock for two years. I clicked the email link, but its not showing any Peacock to active. Can I get help getting my Peacock activated.

When Peacock Premium is included with an upgraded service, it still needs to be activated through your Xfinity account before it connects to Peacock. Clicking the email link is the right first step, but sometimes the entitlement does not attach automatically.

 

Let’s check a couple quick things:

 

First, sign in to your Xfinity account at xfinity.com/account and look under “Services” or “Rewards & Extras” to see if Peacock Premium shows as available to activate.

 

If you do see it listed but it is not activating, it may just need a refresh on our end so the entitlement properly links to your account.

 

If you don’t see it at all, we’ll need to confirm that your upgraded package includes the two-year Peacock Premium offer and make sure it was coded correctly. Let us know what you see and we will go from there!

I dont see it at all. I signed on for 2gig internet with 2 years free premium Peacock. Can we please get this fixed?

Absolutely. Here’s the simple step-by-step way to activate your free Peacock Premium:
 

Step 1: Sign in to your Xfinity account
Go to xfinity.com and sign in using your primary Xfinity ID (the main username on the account).

 

Step 2: Go to the Peacock activation page
Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock while signed in.

 

Step 3: Claim the offer
If your account qualifies, you’ll see a message showing that Peacock Premium is included. Click “Activate” or “Get Peacock.”

 

Step 4: Link to Peacock
You’ll either:
• Sign in with an existing Peacock account, or
• Create a new Peacock account using your email

 

Make sure you use the email you want associated with Peacock going forward.

 

Step 5: Confirm activation

 

Once linked, you should receive a confirmation message. You can then log into Peacock directly at peacocktv.com or through the Peacock app. Give that a try and let us know if you have issues.

Its saying there isnt an offer attached, but i definitely got the offer with my new services. Can you please get my account coded correctly? This is extremely frustrating. My husband wanted to switch providers. I convinced him to stay but the fact that what we were offered isnt working is frustrating him. Our services havent updated to the 2gig I agreed to either. Can you make sure the order has went through completely? I worked for xfinity for years and sometimes the orders get stuck and need to be pushed through. I got the email to activate peacock so I know for a fact it submitted but somethings wrong. Please research it and help.
