Free iPad
I needed a technician to come look at our cable coming into our house and while on the phone was told of a promotion for a free iPad with Xfinity mobile. Get iPad delivered and discover it is not free and has a monthly cost. Call and cancel the mobile line, they email return label but nothing else. I mail the ipad back and have the proof of delivery. That was in August and I continue to be billed monthly. They keep saying once the ipad is returned it will automatically cancel. Customer support is infuriating and just continuously switch agents and you have to repeat your problem in which the give you a bogus ticket number which will be resolved(they promise) in a few hours/days. Do not fall for there predatory sales tactics. For being such a large company the customer service is absolutely atrocious.
