Fraud

I have requested a ticket be opened, a fraud investigation be opened and that it be escalated to the Presidents office, all of which didn’t occur. If I don’t get a resolution I am putting in an FCC complaint, complaint to better business bureau and escalating it even further.

I have been trying to get an answer as to how Xfinity allowed a fraudster to impersonate themselves as a relative of mine on Saturday, July 19.  On going issues with getting my EIM number have also been and issue and I am trying to fix that first.  I have been told three times it has been updated but it does not show up in my account.  I was cut off by the Security Department when I was explaining what happened because the female rep I was talking with quickly cut me off and told me I needed to talk with Mobile.  I believe she hung up on me.  I think a number of us might want to get a class action lawsuit going.

I am starting to suspect these issues are due to an inside job.
