Fraud / Cell phone

I was scammed and now I am being told I have to pay for it . 
I ordered a iPhone in which i wanted the 17 pro max in which the store I go too said to just take the 17 if I didn’t like it to bring back for the pro max. It took Xfinity 4 days to switch me from T-Mobile to Xfinity in which I was without a phone . I did not like the 17 and then was told I could not get the pro max . Finally the said ok I could use an upgrade. The phone came a day early by fed ex . I signed for the phone and set the box in the counter. I take care of my elderly parents and was waiting for calls for my moms doctor in which I re dived another call from Anna [Edited: "Personal Information"] from Xfinity with her stating that Xfinity sent me the wrong phone could I send it back and my phone will be on its way . This was 10 minutes later after the phone was delivered . I stated I couldn’t do so and the woman explained to me along with my account number , my new new phone details in stating that the phone they sent to my was a used phone and if I could send it at fed ex and the fed ex address that I could get a 150.00 gift card cause the customer is waiting for the phone and that they would send me a gift card or a credit to my bill for the 150.00 if I could do it before 7:00 pm today . I finally said ok.When taking the call I took down all info I asked like her name , employee number , date and time of call. She stated my full name and account t number and address . She said once I got to fed ex to contact her so she could give to fed express the instructions so I did not have to pay for the return package and I did that as well as waited for my receipt . I then left .Saturday my mother called me and asked that I take her shopping she was having a good day in which I said ok . When I hung up I realized my phone was coming so I called Xfinity to find out what the tracking number was for the phone . Omg that in itself was a fiasco. Finally while I was being bounced around and them telling me they re River my phone but along with some other [Edited: "Profanity"] as to why they could not send out the phone yet until it reached their direct dept . While I was on hold I reached out to this Anna [Edited: "Personal Information"] and is where I discovered her phone disconnected . I said to Xfinity I don’t believe you really received my phone because I think we were scammed . They assured me that this happens all the time don’t get so upset. In which I wasn’t too upset , I was just so burnt out with the customer service as usual . I ran got the receipt in which Xfinity did not want in which I stated why not it was just delivered I’m looking at the fed ex account delivery photo and all. They told me to calm down this happens all the time . It’s an Xfinity employee who sold my info to the scammers and not to worry about it . I was to wait for an email and they would be sending me my phone fed ex again . I te river no phone , got an email several weeks later at the same time I seen it I received a call from Xfinity fraud dept . They stated it’s been three days where is the police report and receipts . I told him I apologized I just received the email and spoke to the man from the fraud dept explaining what had happened . He as well told me that this happens all the time not to worry I did nothing wrong but I needed to get a police report so I did . The police dept said that these things as well happens a lot no worries . To make a long story short after I uploaded all the docs that was required in which I had to do three times and you can not at all get to the fraud dept . Do finally I went to an Xfinity store and asked them to upload the docs once again which makes it 4 times . They did for me . I finally receive a phone call from the fraud dept stating after they again asked me what happened in which I had all my notes, receipts, name and employee number ect . That I was responsible for the phone and. Owe that amount in a lump sum . I was told that somewhere in small print in the original contract with Xfinity it states that in small print that once Xfinity sends you something via mail that they would never ask for it back . When I told Xfinity the day my phone was delivered I looked at the picture and I seen many boxes the exact same as mine sitting there outside of a building . When I blew up the picture I seen a pair of flip flops to the side . I felt that wasn’t Xfinity and they did nothing about it . They convinced me that it was someone that would eked for Xfinity that was fired or sold the info to the scammers . My point is that who else would have my Xfinity account number, my account info , the phone I ordered, and knew fedex just delivered my phone . But someone at Xfinity would have that info . This needs to be accountability on Xfinity and that dept , not me the customer.3 weeks later cause I could not cope with what the fraud dept telling me I am responsible for paying for the phone , I reached out to customer service and that same day they turned off my phone for not paying the phone off . I didn’t say anything to Xfinity customer service representatives for I had a feeling that was the reason for it for I hand never in my life been late nor ever missed a pymt before. So I was explaining that I had a new debit card to the fraud dept and the rep said he would update the punt info for me but never did . While I was on hold the customer service representatives came back and without any discussion of trying to get this over turned for I tried previously , the rep came back on the phone and told me that after speaking to his back office that they were going to turn my service back on immediately as well as put thru a unauthorized transaction of this cell phone being they seen the uploaded docs I sent in and that they seen my intent was sending back the phone and therefore I would not be responsible for it . It was a surprised to me . The customer service representatives came said they were going to send me out the pro max asap and I was to send them back the 17 .The only thing is the rep was having problems with his headset and we were in the middle of doing the second part which was to put thru an authorized transaction and take it off of my bill . He never called me back and of course no one else would help me and claim there were notes and some reps say there were no notes and here I am being turned off again today . I am besides myself . I have so many complaints with the service at. Finite spending weeks and weeks on the phone being I am manager of my dads account with Xfinity as well prior to this . I am talking I have Di umebtedcover 50 hours of mistakes made by Xfinity between me and my dads account . And then this  happens . I’m am so besides myself and I need where to go with this complaint because no one will help me at Xfinity .
