I  updated my email about a month ago and I just received an email saying my email has expired and to contact customer service for help but I cannot get a live agent

@user_7yjpum what do you mean by "update your email"?

Did you get an email that said that if you didn't click on this link and update your email you would lose it?  If so, you might want to change your password because that was a phishing email.  All official Comcast/Xfinity emails will have a verified logo.

When I logged in it showed recent logins. So I am assuming it has been updated.
