Former customer who can no longer access email account

We had a Comcast email account thru Xfinity (Edited: Personal Information]), our HOA went to a different provider so we had to close our account.

We were told as long as we accessed this account every month it would remain open. I was in the account last week and now I can't get back in. Password does not work and none of our phone numbers are "associated" with the account.

Is there some way to get temporary access to our email?
