How do i make a formal complaint about the unprofessionalism of thechnician that came to my buniness today? [Edited: All Caps]

Yes all I need is replacement phone not a new line that you rep is trying to sell me.   I have broken phone and replaced plan what does it cover??? Two what can I up grade as of now??? Is all I have been asking for two hours.    Not tomorrow let talk to a human bein and see if we can get this straight.  Sell me the phone first then I can worry about new line.    Phone first
