Flex disconnected - Request to disconnect disney plus

I no longer use Internet Service and Flex but I was unable to disconnect my disneyplus.. How can I disconnect disneyplus?

Hello, @user_070565. I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to cancel your Disney Plus subscription. Please follow these steps to cancel your Disney Plus account:

Go to the Disney+ website, Disney+ mobile website or Disney+ app and log in.
Select your Profile.
Select Account.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Select Complete Cancellation to confirm.

This is already resolved. I contacted Xfinity customer service by phone to disconnect my Disney plus service. I then msg Disney plus customer service to remove account-hold from my account. I am now able to reactivate my disney plus service.
