fix the broken/missing the top cover of green pedestal box

There is a green pedestal box has missing/broken top cover on my property,   each time I contact Xfinity Live Agent,  they  scheduled a slot for technician  but never show up. 

can you check they really schedule the technician for a fix?  I have chat/logs and agent names.  Please verify they are really open ticket and schedule the technician coming.
