I had Paramount+ and Showtime separately awhile back. When we got emails saying that some of the apps where being bundled and/or canceled, we were "sold" different bundles that would lessen our account payment. This was false as now we have to pay separately for Paramount +. It's really a scam what your representatives are selling to make a commission. They kept trying to sell us mobile service and then a "free" ipad. When I said I didn't want the ipad, the quote was then lowered, so it in fact wasn't free. I need to discuss our current plan and how to lessen the cost. I am really fed up. Thank you for your time.
