Filing claim for damage

We have an underground cable from the pole to the back of our building and we have a tree near where the underground cable line runs. The tree was hit by lightening during a bad storm on Sunday evening July 14th, the lightening went down the tree and hit the cable line due to a improperly grounded coaxial line which took the current into our house and killed the cable box and our TV as well as the cable line itself. We were able to get a new cable box on Monday from our local Xfinity store but they had to send a tech out on Tuesday July 16th and it was determined the line had sustained a hit that caused the line to go bad and will now need to be replaced. I would like to know where I can file a claim for the cost of the TV that was damaged requiring us to have to go get a replacement TV.

Thanks

Dave
