Filing a complaint

Can anyone help me find a way to contact corporate? I am really frustrated with the service i have received these last few weeks and need to file a complaint. The customer service is ridiculous and just toy with you. I need someone who can actually help.

@XfinityBillie​ i recently moved to a new home. December 16th. I attempted to transfer my service to my new address. I have had nothing but issues since I moved. My account shows that I have xfinity mobile. But when I try to access my information it says I don't have it. And now I no longer have cell phone service to top it off. My wife is 9 months pregnant and has no way of contacting me. I was on the phone for 3 hours yesterday when the agent hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and they kept me on hold for almost 30 minutes before transferring me to another person who was not a supervisor. I am done with this company. It has been going on for 3 weeks. I am ready to take legal action at this point because none of you seem to care. I have been to the corporate office also and it just seems like the bill keeps growing but the service is not.

I have called Xfinity customer service and visited the store in person several times since April 23, 2025. It is not 4 weeks later, and no resolution to my complaint filed. They three open complaint  numbers now open for me and no one will call me back to resolve. I was even given a phone number of [Edited: "Phone Number"] by the Winchester, VA customer service store and told this was their "secret number" to corporate, and it is some bogus phone number. How can i get this issue resolved? The promotion for the discount on my new phone was not applied properly, and I am just looking for the credit that I am owed.

I'm in east brunswick nj, why does wi fi stop ever single day fir the last month abd a half, will they ever finish working on cable like they say.
