file complaint

I need to file a formal complaint with this company. I have been with Xfinity for over 20 plus years and the service has seriously declined over the years. It is [Edited: "Language"] near impossible to get an agent on the phone and to be honest when you do you get someone on the phone all they do is lie. Like what is the point of the calls being recorded if you all are not going to honor the statements made by YOUR employees. This is absurd they charge you all this money for the janky service. It's complete non sense no wonder everyone is cutting off service with them.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
