File a formal complaint against Now Internet customer service
I would like to find out where I would file a complaint against NOW Internet customer service and Xfinity Assistant. Over the past TWO weeks I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Not only was my First Issue unresolved but then I was offered a credit as an apology. That was Sunday October 5th. Since then I’ve been lied to, gaslit, transferred to over 50+ agents, kicked out of the chat, etc. Monday October 12th I was told by an agent my credit would go through at 7:50pm. Then later another agent said wait 6-12 hours then Tuesday another agent said wait 24 hours. Now today a supervisor tells me there’s no credit for NOW internet and if I want my apology credit I need to sign up for postpaid internet services! I’ve worked in customer service you don’t lie to your customers repeatedly over and over. I have 2 weeks worth of screenshots proving that this happened. NOW internet has no phone number and the agents in the Xfinity chat should not be working there! This is appalling behavior.
