After the blizzard i had trees on my main and service. Had the trees removed by tree company requested comcast/xfinity to
Check my service (had no phone,cable tv & internet). Two technicians went to my house on monday 3/3/2026 and said everything was fine without even checking the service with a meter for signal. Still no phone, internet or cable tv.
Asked to speak to a supervisor & wouldn't send a technician out till friday 3/6/2026. # unexceptable!!!
Especially at the rates i pay!!! [Edited: All Caps]
