I reported a cable hanging low to the ground twice at the first of the week. Tonight after dark an xfinity truck is across the street on the pole with a ladder working and that's not even where the trouble is. So internet went off and the xfinity truck left. Reported the outage and y'all said first available appointment is Monday the 23rd. This is so unacceptable

The Xfinity bucket truck keeps using my cement driveway as a turnaround in Jonesville MI. This driveway is personal property And is not designed for bigger vehicles. It is residential not commercial he is missing the driveway upon exiting and is driving over my storm drains and is going to break the corners off the cement. This needs to stop.
