Figuring out what TV plans availabe due to increasing costs

I have "Select Double Play," "Digital Preferred Tier," which I think may be outdated.  What is the most direct way to find out other plans available to help lower my costs or get some guidance?  My plan is increasing $26 monthly which is crazy for regular old TV. Thanks!

Hello @TMG211, you would be correct! Your current plan is indeed quite old, we actually just launched our new simplified packages just a few weeks ago. I would recommend starting by checking out the channel lineup at https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup-bundles. Once you have taken that step just head to the Xfinity Plan Builder to choose your preferred options.

Sometimes you can run into issues making changes to those legacy packages, if that comes about just send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I just seem to go around and around trying to actually see the channel lineup for the various TV packages.  It shows the names of the bundles but it's impossible to see all channels available.  I'm constantly being asked for my address and to sign in.  Very frustrating.  Any other tips?  Or should I just send a direct message?
