Fiber Optic Line Connection
I recently moved to a new apartment. Evidently, I cannot move my service to this apartment because it does not have an xfinity fiber optic line connected to it. I have had two techs come to my apartment, and they have told me that I need a third party contractor to come and hook it up. I was told to "expect a call" from said contractor. I have received no call. I just want my home to have the internet that I am paying for. Please tell me who I need to contact to get this issue solved.
