Fed ex delivery
I signed up for Xfinity mobile. They use Fed ex for delivery. Tracking number

Fed ex doesn't ring the doorbell or knock and then tells you you weren't home. I can't cancel my order with xfinity because Fed ex has it. I can't go to the xfinity store and pick up a phone because I don't have anymore credit with xfinity because its used on the phones Fed Ex has. I have to wait 3 days for Fed ex to try and deliver. Can't cancel with them either. I can't redirect the delivery because it needs direct signature. Do I have to hire someone to sit in the house and sign for the phones? Don't know who is worse, Fed Ex or Xfinity.

Unfortunately, we do require a signature for the device upon delivery so ensure that it is not stolen by being left at the door, we want to try to make sure our customer's receive their valuable devices. Do you think you'll be able to have someone home to receive the delivery? If not, please let us know.
