Fanduel Sports network

once again xfinity has fleeced me. I had bally sports network as a channel literally one week ago, and then conveniently right before the timberwolves season began, they rebranded as fanduel sports network, and now i dont have the channel. i literally only have cable for this team, can someone please explain this buffoonery??

Hi there, @david991 As a sports fan I definitely do understand your concerns, Xfinity had no control over Bally Sports rebranding to Fanduel sports network, that was outside our control since both are not affiliated with Xfinity.-Richard

@XfinityRichard​ I understand that but how is it that I had a subscription to bally and now I don’t to fanduel?? Im still paying the same amount, theres no reason I shouldn’t have a channel just because they rebranded!

@david991 Plenty of sites to watch sports for free out there.  I can't watch Atl Hawks(despite how bad they are) anymore bc I won't pay for Fanduel Sports Network.

Hello, @divid991 Programming and pricing on the channels should have remained unchanged. The FanDuel Sports Networks will remain in the Digital Preferred and Ultimate TV video tier, where they were moved in August. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I think it is terrible that I live in Memphis and can’t watch the Grizzlies play without paying extra.  My family would watch all the games on Bally Sports (channel 831).

hi Thomas, I believe I am an ultimate member but don’t have access to the fanduel sports network as a channel and can’t access it through the fanduel sports network app either.

My bill says I have Digital Premier. You say it comes withDigital Preferred but the website does not use those lables anymore. Do I not get it with Premier? I couldn't find any reference to FDSN anywhere either.

Hello user_h7g3ul Digital Premier is comparable to the current Ultimate TV channel package, which does include the former Bally Sport(now FDSN Fan Duel Sports Network) You can say "Bally Sports" or "Fanduel" into your voice remote and be directed to the appropriate channel.

I also don’t appreciate the regional sports being moved to a higher tier and still being charged a regional sports fee. Makes no sense whatsoever.

After being unavailable during the network negations, the fan duel channels have reappeared on our main cable box (where Bally used to be) and on Xfinity Stream; however, the fan duel channels are still unavailable on our 3 auxillary cable boxes we have around the house. The question: how do we get the fanduel channels on the smaller aux cable boxes?
