Fandango code for wicked tickets is not

in the rewards section.  Please provide  correct location.

Uncover your rewards to learn more and check out other amazing perks made with magic in mind. Make sure you accept the reward in order to be sent the redemption code.

@user_nksis4 You will need to log into the Xfinity app or the Xfinity Rewards webpage to get access to the rewards for which your account is eligible. There are times when rewards have a limited number of redemptions and it could be that the free Wicked tickets reward is no longer being offered as we have run out of redemption codes if you're not seeing it as an option.

Viewing and redeeming your rewards is easy! Visit the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/Rewards and sign in to your Xfinity account. You can then redeem eligible rewards, view your redemption history and more. Typically, the redeemed rewards are located new the bottom of the page under the unredeemed rewards.

I have contacted Xfinity and three hours later got no answers. Nobody knows anything and I am just so done with this company. No resolve for wicked tickets or code.

@user_2nfjwq When you are accessing your Xfinity Rewards page, can you please try scrolling down to the My Activity section to see if you have a digital code available?
