Fandango at home new code?

I claimed it once it became available so this doesn’t make sense I have it in my redemption list but it’s blank so your telling me it’s unavailable now doesn’t make sense. I can’t attach a screenshot of it because I can’t add a photo to show you what I see

As you can see it’s an invisible code even when I copy the code nothing shows

@ahm_2191 Thanks for the screenshot. You can try a different device to see if it generates a code, but they're of a limited supply. We'll forward your experience about the redemption process with these types of codes. 

I have already tired a different web browser and I tried on my tablet. Nothing oh well I was hoping you had an answer to why the codes not there 

I have the same issue, I claimed it as soon as it popped up but no code ever populated the box. It was blank

Yes, and I redeemed as soon as it was available. Same as the other people in this forum. It’s still blank.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

@user_dbhaaw​ it should work on any rental below $5.99. it doesn't work on purchases, only rentals

Should, but doesn't. I just get to a screen that requires adding a credit card. Not gonna add a credit card to redeem a coupon unless I actually go over the amount ... which I am not doing. Misleading offer.

user_9a6a54 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out regarding that reward issue. The reason for the code not appearing may be due to the maximum number of customers already claiming it as I know this has been the reason for other rewards no longer working in the past.
