Fandango at home new code?

I have questions also seeing if anyone has the same issue. Today was when the new rewards drop on Xfinity app and I claimed the Fandango at home code 5.99 towards your next movie and it’s no code. I tried to copy the invisible code and nope nothing. Is anyone else having the same issue? Also I tried a different browser and I tried on my tablet it’s no code at all

@ahm_2191 Thanks for adding a post to the community. These rewards are awesome, and are taken quickly compared to others. People really love free movies, and I feel the same lol. We appreciate you checking in with us on the forum. With any rewards labeled as "Limited availability!" or "while supplies last", it's vital to redeem them asap before they're all used up. Once the bundle of codes they give us is used up, there are no more to redeem. We've provided feedback to the vendors asking them to grant us more codes, and hope we can share more rewards with everyone. Keep checking all the rewards each month to get the most out of your membership.

As you can see it’s an invisible code even when I copy the code nothing shows

@ahm_2191 Thanks for the screenshot. You can try a different device to see if it generates a code, but they're of a limited supply. We'll forward your experience about the redemption process with these types of codes.

I have already tired a different web browser and I tried on my tablet. Nothing oh well I was hoping you had an answer to why the codes not there

I have the same issue, I claimed it as soon as it popped up but no code ever populated the box. It was blank
