FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

I was completely scammed into a supposed “deal” for internet and mobile line. After agreeing to said deal, I find my statement is much higher than what was discussed with their agents claiming “no such deal exists” despite it being one click away in my conversation history with them. Just to add to more barriers to getting real help, most of Xfinity’s chat agents cannot read or write fluent English (I am typing this as someone who is bilingual), provide different information depending on who you speak to and do not actually resolve any issues just waste copious amounts of time. If these offshore agents cannot perform basic tasks atleast help them understand that FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IS ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS IN THE USA. If this issue does not get addressed I will gladly move to a competitor, even for a higher price, who isn’t too cheap to hire good quality, domestic labor for their customer service.
