FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Im a xfinity customer called Jan 1 to switch 5 year for $50 bc I 2as paying $75 for 1 TB they told me they will honor me this promotion. When I called Jan 2 they told me they changed their mind and will no longer offer me this price. This false advertisement and should be investigated I was on recorded line and if your employee plus manager said they offer how can they change their mind and not honor their word. This will go out all over internet they should be investigated. DNT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY OFFER 1 LINE FRER MOBILE BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS GARBGE THAT HOW THEY GET YOU TO SIGN UP AND THEN YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM FOR YEARS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BEWARE!!
