Fake Cancellation Request

I just received an email: "We received you cancelation request" from "xfinity@account.xfinity.com" (Yes, the subject line misspelled cancellation...).

This does not seem to be fishing, and indicates that my service will be terminated today??? The service address listed matches with mine.

I do not want my services to be terminated, as this seems to be a fraudulent request.

What can I do to make sure my services are not cancelled, and keep my same monthly rate and speed?

Please help. Thank you.

I see that many replies are to contact Xfinity Support by direct message, so I went ahead and did that with a copy of the above post.
