FAILED INSTALLATION
We recently moved to a new place. And had an Xfinity line installed. Yesterdav an Xfinitv line-burying technician came out to finish the installation and apparently damaged the coaxial cable during the burial, because the house is now completely out of service. Phone support says they can't get anyone here until the 9th. We need internet to work and manage our move. I have been trying to send a mod mail to the mods on reddit without luck. We are getting desperate as we have work to do tomorrow. Can someone please escalate this failed installation?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
