Extremely Upset

We have been an Xfinity/Comcast customer for over 25 years. We depend on uninterrupted service from the stations we PAY FOR! Which Includes ABC. We will be changing to an alternative option for TV if this is not resolved QUICKLY! Where is our refund for the channel we no longer get, yet it is in my contract that we do. I do NOT believe for one minute that XfiNITY  has our best interest in mind when they decided to not renew with Scripts. We have a contract that says our price will not increase for five years and we have a specific line up of channels. So basically YOU are breaking the contract. SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY. I hope you lose thousands of customers and wonder if you find it was worth it. So done!!

Hi there, we hear how upset you are, and we truly understand why. After 25 years with us, you expect consistency, and losing access to a channel you regularly watch is incredibly frustrating.

 

Right now, ABC is unavailable due to ongoing negotiations with E. W. Scripps Company. They’re requesting significantly higher rates, and our goal is to avoid passing those increased costs on to customers. We know that doesn’t make this any easier on your end, and we completely understand why it feels like you’re not getting what you signed up for.

 

Regarding billing, channel lineups and availability can change, which is outlined in the agreement, but we still want to make sure you’re getting value for what you’re paying. If you’d like, we can review your account together and see if there are any adjustments or options that help make up for the loss while this is being worked through.

 

We truly hate that this has you feeling this way, especially after so many years with us. Your feedback matters, and we’re here to help however we can.
