Extremely Frustrated w/both Mobile & WiFi Services

I've been a customer for years. I have had the worst experience with Xfinity the last year - I have had umpteen conversations via chat, via phone, etc with zero resolution. It's like talking to a wall. I have been charged charges upon charges for an "extra box" I do not have & was told they would "take care of the charges." WRONG. To date they have a balance for me of almost $1,000 which is INSANE & I will not be paying this. It has gone to collections & is ruining my credit. Now I've tried to cancel my phone service (3 months ago) & low & behold I'm still being charged every single month so now that bill is getting up there. I have NO clue how to get through to these folks & I'm about to take legal action. Absurd as to the lack of help on their end when I've done nothing but try to resolve these issues to no avail. Any suggestions? I'm at my end here. Thanks!

We can understand why you’ve reached this point, especially after repeatedly trying to address both the equipment charges and the Mobile cancellation without seeing the corrections reflected.

We’d like to review both concerns separately so nothing gets overlooked. For the residential account, we can look into the equipment history, the charges that continued after you were told they would be addressed, and the balance that has since been sent to collections. For Xfinity Mobile, we can review the cancellation history and determine why billing continued after you requested the service be closed.

Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address so we can take a closer look?

How to send us a direct message:

- Click “Sign In” if necessary.
- Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
- Click the “Start new conversation” icon, which looks like a pencil and paper.
- In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
- An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
- Press Enter to send it.

Talk to you there!
