@XfinityVianney I set up a promise to pay yesterday have a confirmation number came home from work today and service is all got nowhere spoke to several managers got nowhere it's booked your customer service got nowhere treated like a dog
@user_cobco6 If service is stopped during an arrangement, that means the delinquent balance is too far beyond the grace period. That part of the balance needs to be paid to restore service.
