@XfinityVianney I set up a promise to pay yesterday have a confirmation number came home from work today and service is all got nowhere spoke to several managers got nowhere it's booked your customer service got nowhere treated like a dog

Made a payment arrangement but my service still turned off

I made a payment arrangement to get my bill up to date so my service wouldn't turn off and it did anyways

Horrible customer service that are not honest

I was granted a payment arrangement even got a confirmation number even picked a date that was best for me turn my service back on and shut it back off today horrible..
