Exposed Underground Xfinity Service Line — Appointment Canceled and Support Disconnected

I need an exposed underground Xfinity service drop inspected and repaired at my home.

The cable feeding my house has surfaced from underground beside my driveway and is vulnerable to damage from vehicles, lawn equipment, and contractors.

I previously called Xfinity and clearly reported an exterior service-line issue. Xfinity incorrectly scheduled an inside-service appointment and then canceled it. When I called again today to correct the issue, the representative disconnected the call.

This is not an indoor internet-troubleshooting request. Please create either:

  1. An exterior field-technician appointment to inspect the service drop and submit the necessary underground repair order, or
  2. A drop-bury/underground service-line repair ticket directly.

Please provide the work-order or ticket number in writing and confirm that the request is categorized as an exposed exterior underground service drop.

I can provide photographs of the exposed line.
