Exposed cable and damaged utility pedestal in my backyard

Hello,
An Xfinity technician recently connected service to a neighboring property using equipment located in my backyard. The orange cable has been left exposed across the lawn, and the utility pedestal is open, leaning, and poorly secured.
This installation appears unfinished and creates a trip hazard, interferes with mowing and normal use of my yard, and is visually unacceptable. The quality of the technician’s work and the condition in which the property was left are far below what I would expect from Xfinity.
Please send a qualified technician to:
Confirm that a permanent cable-burial work order has been created.
Bury or properly protect the exposed cable.
Close, straighten, and secure the utility pedestal.
Restore any disturbed area of the yard.
I have attached photographs showing the current condition. Please provide a repair ticket number and the expected completion date.
