Expired Refund Card

When I closed a prior account, xfinity sent a refund prepaid debit card to my temporary address.  The card didn't arrive until after I left that temporary address, and I didn't even see the debit card until it had expired (It was good for only four months?!!).  I put it away because I had other pressing issues to deal with.  The card was never activated or used.  I have a letter from xfinity explainging the refund, I have the card, I have my closed account number.

I've tried speaking with xfinity by phone.  I just end up being put on hold or transferred to someone else who cannot help.  One rep gave me a website that doesn't exist.

I've emailed customer service.  I've gone into the local xfinity store, and they suggest I call.  I'm being sent in circles.

 Xfinity owes me $174.57.

Is this next?  Will it ever be read or addressed?
