Expired $150 Promotional Visa Card

I have a $150 promotional card that I received for signing up a friend.  With all of the insanity of the pandemic last year, the card just expired and I never activated it.  Is there any way I can get a new card?  I have the card in hand, and can provide info.

Thanks

Hey @user_DanO, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I definitely understand and it was a crazy time for a lot of us. Since you already have the card, have you contacted consumer card access to see if they can send you an updated one? If not, you can reach them directly by calling 1-844-810-1473 and select opt out to speak to a live agent.

@XfinityNicolasm thanks for the quick reply! I called the number on the card (same as the one you gave me).  It told me the card wasn't activated, and offered to activate it.  It is now active, but says the balance on the card is $0.  And, it is past the expiration date.  I wonder if they removed the funds because the card expired without being activated.  I tried everything I could think of to get to a live agent on the call, but was never able to get to anyone.

Although they are showing a balance of zero, they also showed the card as never having been activated.  So, the balance should still be there.

Can you help?
