Executive review requested: Peacock benefit and NBC Sports California

I have Xfinity Gigabit internet with Peacock Premium included. I want to add NBC Sports California while preserving that included Premium benefit. Xfinity referred me to Peacock, whose support said the sponsored account cannot add the regional sports package and proposed canceling the included benefit and subscribing directly.

On September 21, a Peacock manager promised an escalation response within 24–48 hours. After that deadline passed, I followed up on September 23 and was told the case remained under review. As of October 6, I still have no substantive written decision or solution.

Could an official Xfinity employee take ownership and arrange a review by Executive Customer Relations or the appropriate Peacock partnership team? Please provide:

1. A written answer on whether any supported option lets me add NBC Sports California while retaining my included Premium benefit.

2. If no such option exists, consideration of a credit or equivalent remedy that avoids paying twice for the base Premium subscription.

3. The team responsible and a specific date for a substantive response.

I understand the sports add-on itself may cost extra; my request is to preserve the value of my existing promotion. I can provide the Peacock case number and saved chat record privately when an official employee requests them.
