Everything Xfinity went bonkers overnight

Couldn't stream nor get or send emails.

Got Xfinity here at home. He resolved nothing.

Talked to Apple who said Xfinity the root of the problem

Had 2 local IT techs here. Agreed Xfinity the cause of my issues. Tried to get ahold of a human at Xfinity. Impossible.

I am very close to dropping them.

@XfinityJanelle​ Hi. They got my Wi-Fi back for me.And my incoming emails, as well.

This cost me over $100.00 because I could not get anyone from  finite to help.

I still cannot send out emails. I keep getting CANNOT VERIFY USERNAME OR PASSWORD.  OMG!

@jojabi Where are you attempting to access your email from? Is it on www.xfinity.com or a 3rd party email client (Google, Microsoft, etc.?

Xfinity won"t allow me to send emails. Says my username and password cannot be verified. They are the same as for the incoming mail so what's the issue? Please tell me what the settings should be.

The email settings can be located here Set up your Xfinity Email address with an email programl. You will also need to make sure access to third party email programs is turned on if using an email program, steps can be located Turn your access to third-party email programs on or off in Xfinity Email.
