Ethernet port support

My ethernet ports on the back of the router do not work. They randomly stopped working/lighting up, and I tried everything to get them to work again.
After resetting the router, trying two new ethernet cords, and making sure there is no damage the ethernet ports still don’t work.

ninig215 I would be reaching out if I were in your shoes too. Are you using an Xfinity Modem and did you make sure that your modem was not in Bridge Mode?

Hello, I am using an Xfinity modem it’s the XB7-CM, and I have already made sure my modem isn’t in bridge mode.

@ninig215 Thank you for confirming that information. Are you able to connect directly to the modem with an Ethernet cord and get a signal? And to clarify, are you using a stand-alone router or just the Xfinity gateway?

When I connect the Ethernet cord to each of the ports, I don’t get any single. The Ethernet ports on the back don’t light up as they used to. They only blink when the modem is being restarted but then shut off once it’s fully on. Im using the Xfinity gateway.
