Establishing new service
Hello,
I’m interested in establishing individual residential Xfinity Internet service at my condominium in Houston, TX 77057.
My entire condominium building previously had bulk Xfinity internet included in our condo fees. Each unit received a regular cable modem connected to a coaxial wall outlet.
The bulk agreement has since ended. However, when I check availability, the entire building is classified as a business address.
I would like to request a residential serviceability review to determine whether individual residential Xfinity service can be activated.
Could you please:
- Check the building’s historical bulk Xfinity service records.
- Determine whether the existing coaxial infrastructure can support individual residential service.
- Check whether the building’s address can be corrected or reclassified in your residential service database.
- Open a serviceability ticket if necessary and provide me with the ticket number.
The name of the business that had the bulk agreement was digital direct communication
