Establish service at new construction

Hi. I’ve been trying to establish service at my residence for over 8weeks now.  We need a line ram from the street to our house.  The call center sends a tech.  The tech says we need construction and will be contacted.  We are never contacted.

Still waiting for a response from xfinity on this issue.  It appears that there is not one person at this company who understands or can facilitate at connection from the street (where lines already exist… my neighbors are connected) to my house.   These discussions were started approximately 8weeks ago.  If there was an alternate supplier option I would have opted away from  xfinity several weeks ago.  The lack of customer service and ineptitudetotally unacceptable.
