establish new service
I am trying to establish service at [Edited: Personal Information]. The subdivision is [Edited: Personal Information]. Xfinity is the ONLY PROVIDER IN THIS SUBDIVISION. The address comes up when placing the order but there is never a confirmation. Reps from Xfinity have called me to say they don't provide service at the address. Yet if you look at maps online Xfinity is the only service provider in the subdivision. Who can I call to discuss this problem further. Google maps has one address [Edited: Personal Information] and the xfinity systems only recognizes the Fresno address. USFS has the address as Fresno as well. I need this problem escalated so I can get this resolved. Who do I reach out to?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
