Error page when trying to set up move/transfer of services

I want to transfer my service to my new home address, but it keeps saying 'Looks like something went wrong' How can I fix this problem?

Hello! How are you today? We really appreciate you taking us with you on your move, and we want to make transferring your service as easy as we can for you. I know how much goes into a move and it can be stressful. We definitely want to make these steps easy and simple for you.

Since you are running into this error, I would suggest that we move this over to a direct message, so we can enter the transfer manually for you. Can you send us a direct message with the instructions below, at your convenience, please?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
